New to Blogging and Foster care

Hi, my name is Shane I have been a foster dad a little over 6 months now. We currently have a household of 11 making for very busy days - luckily I run a small business from home and my wife is a stay at home mom.

I created this blog because there is so little collaboration regarding the care of foster children here in Utah County, Utah, at least that I am able to find - where do we go for resources, who is going through what I am and how do I connect with them.

I want to create a place where anyone not just dad's can go for resources - somewhere we can go to find people who can share and help ease some of the suffering this children feel.

I am not sure where this blog is going to go so please jump in and let's make a community of foster parents that can help each other out.

Summer is upon us and some of us out there are dreading each day because the kids do not want to be bored and we are running out of ideas to help keep them busy and entertained.

Anyone have any ideas?
